1. Acceptance
A Customer who becomes a new member or is an existing Customer is deemed to have read and accepted all the refund conditions stated below regarding the use of the services that can be purchased through the VEU brand (veu.one). The Customer is deemed to have signed this agreement by sending its order to VEU over the internet; VEU is deemed to have signed this agreement by accepting the Customer's order.
2. Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is VEU's most important priority. Our hosting and server plans on sale carry an unconditional, no-questions-asked 14-day money-back guarantee in case of dissatisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service in any way within 14 days of purchase, all the fees you paid will be refunded when you contact us via the Control Panel page and send a message. We would be glad if you shared your cancellation reason with us.
The unconditional refund can only be used once for the same product. In the Cloud Server service, if a plugin/software is installed on the server by the VEU technical team upon the customer's request, no refund will be made. No refund will be made either when VEU's service agreement is violated.
3. Products for Which No Refund Will Be Made
The products for which no refund will be made are listed below:
- Domain name registration,
- Domain name renewal,
- All software and licenses (cPanel, Plesk Panel, CloudLinux, KernelCare, LiteSpeed etc.),
- Microsoft Office 365 services,
- Bulk mail installation fee and bulk mail packages,
- All additional services such as Dedicated IP, search engine registration and SSL Certificates.
