Domain Disputes

Information about the resolution processes for domain name disputes and our company's role in these processes.

1. General Principle

Domain name disputes are resolved within the framework of the dispute resolution mechanisms determined by the registration authority of the relevant domain extension. As a registration service provider (registrar/reseller), VEU acts as an intermediary in these processes and is not a party to the merits of the dispute.

2. International Domain Names (UDRP)

For extensions such as .com, .net and .org, disputes are conducted before authorized arbitration institutions under ICANN's Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP).

3. ".tr" Domain Names

Disputes relating to ".tr" domain names are resolved through authorized Dispute Resolution Service Providers in accordance with TRABIS and the relevant legislation.

4. Complaint and Notification

If you believe that a domain name infringes your rights, you may apply to info@veu.one. The necessary actions are taken in line with the decisions of authorized institutions or courts.

5. Liability

VEU is not responsible for the content of the domain names registered by its customers or for whether they infringe the rights of third parties; responsibility rests entirely with the domain name owner.
