This Cookie Policy ("Policy") applies to the internet sites managed by Cloud Technology Informatics Services Trade Inc. ("VEU") ("VEU sites") or to applications accessed via third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, YouTube etc.) on behalf of VEU.

3. For What Purposes Are Cookies Used?

  • To collect and analyze non-personal general information such as the most clicked links, the most visited pages and the number of error messages displayed, thereby making faulty pages operational, improving our site, and removing or improving unpreferred pages,
  • To fulfill legal and contractual obligations — particularly those arising from Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications Made on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed Through These Publications and the related Regulation — for which data such as your IP address may be required.

4. What Are the Types of Cookies?

  • Persistent Cookies: Cookies that are stored in your browser and remain valid until deleted by you or until their expiration date.
  • Strictly Necessary Cookies: Cookies that are absolutely necessary for the website to function properly. They are needed to manage the system and prevent fraudulent transactions; if they are blocked, the website cannot function.
  • Functional and Analytical Cookies: Used to remember your preferences, use the site effectively and optimize it according to your requests; by their nature, they may contain your personal data. For example, cookies that record your display language preference are functional cookies. Analytical cookies, on the other hand, enable the production of analytical results such as visitor numbers, viewed pages, visit times and page scroll movements.
  • Tracking Cookies: Primary and third-party cookies created during your visit to our site and to third-party domain names. They enable the tracking of your click and visit history and the matching of these records across different domain names; they are used for recognizing/profiling users, advertising-marketing targeting and customizing content. 5. How Can You Control Cookies?

  • Delete all cookies when you close the internet browser.

Below are the steps to block cookies in different browsers:

Google Chrome

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. At the top right, click More > Settings.
  3. At the bottom, click Advanced.
  4. Under "Privacy and security", click Content Settings > Cookies.
  5. Under "All cookies and site data", search for the website's name and click the Remove icon to its right.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click the Firefox Menu button and select Options.
  2. Select the Privacy & Security panel and go to the History section.
  3. Change the Firefox setting to "use custom settings for history".
  4. Click the Show Cookies… button.
  5. In the Search field, type the name of the site whose cookies you want to delete.
  6. Select the cookie(s) you want to delete and click the Remove Selected button, then close the window.

Safari

  1. Select Safari > Preferences.
  2. Click the Privacy item.
  3. Click Website Data.
  4. Select one or more websites and click Remove or Remove All.

Internet Explorer

  1. Open the desktop and click the Internet Explorer icon on the taskbar.
  2. Click Tools > Internet Options.
  3. Switch to the Privacy tab, move the slider up to block all cookies, and click OK.

6. Policy Changes

VEU reserves the right to change the Policy at any time. The current Policy enters into force on the date it is published on the VEU sites.
