Disclosure and Consent
For the purpose of sending commercial electronic communications, in our capacity as a service provider under Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Communications dated 15 July 2015, and the Regulation Amending the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Communications dated 4 January 2020, we, Cloud Technology Informatics Services Trade Inc., wish to inform our customers, resellers and third parties by sending commercial electronic communications and to carry out advertising and promotional activities relating to our products.
In this context, once you grant consent to the communication options set out in this consent text, the sending of commercial electronic communications will begin and will continue until you exercise your right to refuse the sending of commercial electronic communications.
Legal Nature and Withdrawal of Consent
The consent you grant for the sending of commercial electronic communications is regarded as your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time and without any limitation, within the scope of Article 5, paragraph 1 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"). In addition, your communication details will be transferred to the Message Management System (IYS) for the purpose of providing information to authorized persons, institutions and organizations, on the legal basis of "being expressly provided for by law" set out in Article 5, paragraph 2, subparagraph (a) of the Law.
