Disclosure Statement
Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), Cloud Technology Informatics Services Trade Inc. (“the Company”), acting as the data controller, will record, store, update, disclose to third parties where permitted by legislation, and classify your personal data.
The details and your rights in this regard are summarized below for informational purposes.
Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing Personal Data
Your identity data (name and surname, T.R. identity number, place of birth, gender), contact data (address, mobile phone, email address) and all other personal data you share with our Company may be processed for the following purposes and legal bases:
Where it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract and necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation
- To provide services within the scope of the contracts signed with you,
- To regulate or perform any commercial and legal relationship between you and our Company,
- To ensure that you can easily benefit from the services provided by our Company,
- To plan or carry out the sales processes of products or services,
- To plan or carry out after-sales support service activities,
- To plan or carry out customer relationship management processes,
- To plan or carry out processes relating to products and services provided by our Company / the organizations it cooperates with or acts as an intermediary for, or provided jointly.
Where it is necessary for the fulfillment of legal obligations and expressly provided for by law
- To ensure that our Company’s activities are carried out in accordance with its internal regulations and the relevant legislation,
- To carry out operational activities and financial or accounting transactions together with our Company’s products and services,
- To establish, manage or audit the information technology infrastructure and processes,
- To ensure the security of systems and operations,
- To provide information to authorized persons or organizations arising from legislation,
- To plan or carry out employees’ information access authorizations,
- To ensure that data is accurate and up-to-date,
- To comply with the information retention, reporting and other obligations stipulated by legislation.
Where data processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right
- To follow up or conclude customer requests or complaints,
- To plan, monitor or follow up legal proceedings and enforcement actions.
Where your explicit consent exists
- To plan or carry out activities aimed at customer satisfaction and experience,
- To plan or carry out the marketing processes of products or services,
- To plan or carry out processes for building or increasing loyalty to the products and services offered by our Company,
- To plan or carry out marketing, promotion or advertising activities in digital or other channels,
- To plan or carry out campaign or promotion processes,
- To design or carry out personalized marketing or promotional activities.
Methods of Collecting Your Personal Data
Your personal data may be collected verbally or in writing, within the boundaries and obligations set by the Electronic Communications Law No. 5809 and other laws and relevant legislation, through all contracts/information forms and other documents executed with your consent and/or signature; through notifications made with your electronic consent and/or signature; through short message, electronic mail, the internet, disks, CDs, DVDs, memory cards and all similar tools or media; and through telephone, fax and all similar means of communication.
This data may be obtained through automatic methods such as electronic consent, short message, electronic mail, the internet, disks, CDs, DVDs, memory cards, telephone, our website, security cameras at the General Directorate and the locations where our Company’s general directorate is situated, and internet-based tools; as well as through non-automatic methods such as various contracts, notifications and judicial/administrative authority decisions.
Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your processed personal data may be transferred, for the above purposes, to all natural and legal persons permitted by legislation, to the Information and Communication Technologies Authority, to all public authorities authorized to receive personal data, and to organizations from which services/support/consultancy are obtained, in accordance with the legal bases set out in the KVKK.
Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data
Within the scope of Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may exercise the following rights by applying to our Company:
- To learn whether your personal data has been processed,
- To request information if your personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
- To learn the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request the correction of your personal data if they are incomplete or inaccurate,
- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of Law No. 6698,
- To request that third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred be notified of the correction, deletion or destruction of your personal data,
- To object to the occurrence of a result against you arising from the analysis of your processed personal data exclusively through automated systems,
- To request compensation for damages in the event that you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

For your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK No. 6698, you may deliver your petition containing your identity and your request in person to our address “Sultan Selim District, Humeyra St., NEF 09 Plaza 4. Levent B Block No:7/121 Kagithane, Istanbul” or send it via a notary. In addition, pursuant to Article 5 of the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Application to the Data Controller”, you may send it to the email address info@veu.one using your registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the email address you previously notified to our Company and which is registered in our systems.
